How to document the Free Emcor Power Bank :
1. All Emcor Power Bank promo item will be shipped by the supplier, Hopewell Sales Corp. direct to the regional base stores.
2. The regional base stores shall be the one who will issue a Purchase Request (RR Purposes Only) under CITP promo item for the Emcor Power Bank using the item code: powerbank-hw3000mah. 
3. Stores shall order the Emcor Power Bank from their respective regional base store thru Transfer Request under CITP promo item with P270.00 cost.
4. Upon sell out, the store shall issue a promo item receipt for the Emcor Power Bank as freebie to the main unit.
