Cash Cheque is only VALID only when there is a PURCHASE of unit made by the VIP. For cash purchase, the cash cheque can be applied as part of the payment. For installment sale, the cash cheque is only applicable as advance payment for the other existing account OR advance payment for the unit that was just purchased.
